Tasting Note

Visual: Clear, dark ruby red with violet reflections

Olfactory: fresh raspberry flavor, plum jam, blackberries.

Taste: delicate, soft, with fruity, medium body, spicy final.

Winemaking process: the harvesting is done manually in plastic boxes, destemming and crushing is done automatically, the juice is pumped into stainless steel tanks with a controlled temperature, where it is seeded with selected yeasts to complete the alcoholic fermentation, then drawing the wine and finishing the malolactic fermentation.

Wine Style: dry

Food pairing: any roast beef, pork, lamb or turkey and even pheasant. It can be also served with French cheeses.

Alcohol: 13,50 %

Region: Dragasani( DOC- CMD )

Variety: International. Original from Bordeaux (Medoc), it has double production compared to the Cabernet Sauvignon, less harsh, can be relatively quickly put in consumption. Part of the famous Bordeaux blends.

Soil type: the presence of albic luvisols, planosol and brown soils (podzolic).

The wine can be aged in the bottle for 3-4 years.
